With the beginning of 2016 we as an online dealer need to provide further information to our customers. The background for this is a new regulation passed by the EU to simplify the handling of any disputes occurring from online trade. This new regulation (EU No. 524-2013) for dispute resolution in online trade for customers says that any online-dealing companies (B2C) based in the EU need to provide a link of an online-dispute regulation-platform of the European Commission.
