Returns

If you are not satisfied with an item purchased from us, you can of course exchange or return it to us.

Our return period is 30 days.

Please complete the returns form [Download] and send the item back to us unworn and unwashed.

Returns from Germany are free of charge for you; you can create a shipping label for the return yourself in the DHL returns portal.

If you want to return something from abroad, you will have to bear the costs yourself. See our terms and conditions.

Please give us a few days to process your return. As a rule, processing should not take longer than 5 working days after receipt of the goods. We endeavour to process returns promptly, but at times when we are busier, we ask for your patience.
